Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. All prices and shipping charges are in USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 10-20 business days after processing. Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas, which keeps prices down but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you after you order.

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2-4 weeks.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no charges added at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3-5 business days to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email us at support@wickfieldhome.com and we will look into it.

Split shipments

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Duties and taxes

No import duties or customs fees are charged to you. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@wickfieldhome.com within 24 hours and we will correct it before the order ships. We cannot redirect a package once it has left our partner's facility.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
