About Us
Wickfield Home is a small outdoor range: wall lights, solar lanterns, doormats, rugs and the handful of other things that make a garden, a balcony or a front step usable after dark.
We keep the catalogue deliberately short. Every product on this site has been chosen and specified individually rather than pulled in by the thousand, which is why you will find one good doormat here instead of forty near-identical ones. If something does not earn its place, it does not go on.
Where our products come from
We work with overseas manufacturing partners and ship directly from them to you. That is what keeps the prices where they are, and it is also why delivery takes 10 to 20 business days rather than two. We would rather tell you that on this page than surprise you after you have ordered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
What we promise
- Free shipping on every order within the United States, with no fees added at checkout.
- 30 days to return anything you are not happy with. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
- Product descriptions that match the product. Measurements, materials, wattage and voltage are stated as the manufacturer specifies them, and we check them against the photographs.
- A reply to every email within one business day, Monday to Friday.
